Foluso has developed and implemented hundreds of targeted learning interventions across various industries including workshops on Business Strategy, Business Acumen, Problem Solving/Decision Making, Personal Effectiveness, Change Management, Customer Management, Corporate Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Team Building, and Performance Management.

He has been involved with manpower audits and staff recruitment in both public and private organisations and has also developed and conducted market intelligence research for various financial, healthcare and utility service providers.

Over the years, Foluso has mastered the art of facilitating customized retreats for both public and private organisations designed either to solve their most important and challenging problems or to review their business strategies, structures, systems and performance. His work in Public Sector cuts across Federal and State Governments in Nigeria and Multilateral organisations in West Africa.

He is a FATE and LEAP foundation volunteer, a life skills coach, a pioneer startup consultant to the SERVICOM office (Under the Presidency) and the Institute for Service Delivery in Nigeria. His multi-disciplinary experience makes him a valued external faculty member of MTN Nigeria, The SERVICOM Institute, Abuja, Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON) and AWLTT (African Women Leadership Think Tank)

Foluso holds a first degree in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University (Ile-Ife) and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a licensed ThinkBuzan Creative Thinking and Mind Mapping instructor.

She began her career in Addax Petroleum where she served in varying capacities within the Project Cost Allocation, and Budget/Management Reporting divisions of the Company. During her tenure, she was a key player in the task force set-up to migrate the business from an existing project reporting structure to an Industry-specific cost allocation methodology. She later moved on to Midwestern Oil and Gas where she eventually assumed the role of HR Manager and spearheaded projects such as the JV Staff Reorganization for cost optimization/administrative effectiveness, as well as a Strategic Change Management initiative driving greater efficiency in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention, Performance Management and HR Process Improvement.

She holds a BA in Business Finance from Durham University, UK and an MSc in International Management from Royal Holloway (University of London, UK). She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Samuel Ajare holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology in 1999 and possessed a Master in Industrial and Labour Relations (MILR) in 2005 both from University of Ilorin, He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN-2011), Fellow of Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria(FIPMA-2016) and also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, USA(SHRM), With 16+ years of human resource experience including a strong and diverse background in major sectors of the economy. Innovative and result-oriented Human Resource professional, with a proven track-record of improving organizational and business performance through integrating key HR processes into all facets of organizational activity. Strategic Human Resources Executive and proactive business partner to senior operating management to guide in the development of performance-driven, customer-driven and market-driven organizations. Experience and expertise in the use of Balanced Score Card (BSC) and Human Resources Software such as Human Manager, Cognos etc.

Samuel has attended and or facilitated several Human Resource Management training courses and seminars, he is an unrepentant advocate of continuous self-development and professional networking

Samuel is happily married to Itoro Diannah Ajare and they are blessed with two lovely kids; El-nathan and Jason Ajare, he relaxes by watching or playing Soccer.
